FAQ...Reservations
While we do accommodate walk-ins for every pass we offer, the popularity of the park makes it essential to make a reservation in advance. By reserving your spot, you guarantee that a harness will be available for you upon arrival, eliminating any uncertainty and ensuring an incredible adventure. Although walk-ins are welcome, availability cannot be guaranteed without a reservation. To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend reserving your Aerial Adventures pass by either calling us at 406-646-5171 or conveniently booking online. Age and weight restrictions? Children ages 6-12 can do the main “Adventure Zipline Course” but must have an adult 16 or older to accompany them on the course. Includes unlimited climbing and ziplining. Children aged 4 can do the “Junior Ranger Course” with an adult or sibling over 10. Kids 5 and older can try it alone if desired. Maximum weight is 280 pounds. Wear closed toe shoes, no sandals or flip flops please. Where should we park? If you are staying in West Yellowstone. We have ample parking available and are located within walking distance of most hotels in the West Yellowstone. If the parking lot is full. Additional parking is located North of the hardware store and on the main street North of the adventure park. Discounts? If you go rafting with Geyser Whitewater Expeditions, our guests can save $29 per person at the adventure park. We also offer military and senior rates. Check out the Coupons and Specials Page and Facebook for last minute savings. Hours? During the summer season, we are open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Starting August 20th to Labor Day we are open from 10 am to 5 pm After Labor Day we are open on the weekends 10 am -5 pm through September.(September hours are subject to weather conditions) Call 406-646-5171 to inquire about early and late season hours. Restrooms? Yes, nice public facilities are available close to the office. Not participating? No problem. There are ample areas to sit, enjoy the action, have a snack or just read a book. But be forewarned, the fun is contagious. You may find yourself on an elevated adventure! Pets? Yes our staff loves meeting your pets! Please have them on a leash while at park for their safety. How long does it take? Most guests spend about 3 to 4 hours here. You are welcome to stay as long or as short as you like. The Full Day and Multi Day passes are not only the best value, but allow you “come and go” privileges and the flexibility to do other activities. When you arrive: Please register inside the check in building. We will get you oriented and on the way to your elevated experience! Prior to your adventure participants must sign a Liability Release and join us for a few moments at our “Flight School”. Here we will give all participants an orientation and safety talk. It is important to pay close attention as guides discuss the course, the proper use of the equipment, and safety procedures. Refunds are not issued for any reason, but rain checks may be issued if we go on a weather hold. |
